Step 3: Submit your abstract through the "Submit an abstract" menu. You have to register to the sciencesconf.org platform before submitting your abstract.

You will receive an email notification when you make a successful abstract submission. If you do not receive this email within 7 days of submission, please contact us (32mustelidscol@sciencesconf.org) to check what has gone wrong.

More than one abstract may be submitted by each person but only one presenting author per abstract is permitted. The person who submits the abstract is the contact person for all communication regarding the abstract and its eventual presentation.

The authors retain full copyright of their abstract, presentation and full paper, but by submitting an abstract, authors also give the organisers consent and authorisation to utilise their abstract in the Abstract volume of the Colloquium.

Evaluation

Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and send back for corrections to the author if necessary. The organisers may reject any abstract that does not comply with the abstract format instructions. Authors will be notified about results of abstract submission by 15th October 2017.

All accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract volume of the Colloquium. After 1st September 2017, the abstracts will not be published in the Abstract Volume because of the typography process.
